      This is amazing! I am a stay at home mom to a wonderful little who has some special circumstances currently very difficult to get out of the house or be left with anyone for me to be able to go to the gym. That being said this guide is making it possible for me to work out and eat healthy even with my little one having a dairy allergy and being EBF, this working great for me as all the meals are dairy free!

      This wellness guide changed my life. The workouts are challenging but doable even for beginners. The meal plan is extremely comprehensive and I always have it close at hand.       Genuine obsessed with this guide!       An awesome workout guide that has kept me more motivated than I have been in years! They can be easily modified for those who need to.
