This guide includes 7 complete workouts with a glute emphasis along with pictures of each move so you don’t even need to look them up. All of the workouts can be done at home, or wherever you want! You will only need a set of 10 lb dumbbells, and a resistance band. I took my favorite glute workouts and combined them for this guide to give you the best workout you can get. Get ready to feel the burn and grow the glutes!

I took my favorite glute workouts that I have seen the most success with to make this guide. This guide is intended to be used mixed in with your regular workout routine. I would suggest doing 2-3 of the workouts a week, NOT every day. Your glutes will need time to rest and recover! Get burning!

    If you want your booty to burn like hot sauce on a Mexican Burrito during mid July then you’ve come to the right place! My butt has never felt soooo good and is asking me for more every single day. Is it worth it? HECK YES. It’s a straight up gift from the heavens. I don’t like to preach but Moses brought down the 10 Commandments and Brit brought down the HAMMER on all our booties when she came out with this guide. I put my guide right next to my Bible because it’s almost like a spiritual experience… Let’s just say that if you don’t at least try this booty burner guide than you our missing out on a big part of life. Just my two cents. Take it or leave it. But if you leave it, you better leave your leggings at home too because your behind is going to saaag!
