    I love this guide!! I always break a sweat and feel like I’m getting a great workout in without the hassle of spending hours upon hours in the gym. Its a challenge, but I always feel amazing afterward! Brit’s instructions are easy to follow and help me feel like I’m making progress and getting stronger! I will be using this guide all winter to try and get summer abs like Britnee’s!

    3 months ago I strained a pelvic muscle going too hard on a workout without proper engagement. After a month of it hurting with pretty much doing anything-walking too much in the day, yoga, leaning on one leg for too long, etc I finally went to the doctor. She gave me a couple of exercises to do to help strengthen the muscles without hurting them further. A month after that when it finally stopped hurting to do every day things I decided to do my first workout. I didn’t go super hard but it hurt so much after and I was sore for almost a week. I haven’t worked out since. I have been following Brit on insta for awhile now and I have been hesitant about trying any of her workouts because I’m scared of the pain! Finally I bought this guide and the booty burner workout because of the Black Friday deals. Though I haven’t tried the booty burner guide yet, I am on day 2 of this ab shredder guide. OMG. I am so completely amazed at her talent of putting together this guide. I have had no pain. I have been able to do every rep in every exercise without being overly sore in my pelvic region. I actually feel EXCITED to work out again. The exercises are not too intense but they are not very easy either. I also love how there are multiple circuits in one day so you are changing it up but also getting in a great workout. I cannot wait to start the booty burner guide. ALSO, I hate, I believe hate is too strong of a word and do not usually use it, but I HATE squat jumps. I usually skip them, especially since what happened 3 months ago. Today after doing them I can no longer say I hate them because they made me feel so good and so strong!!! Thank you so much Britnee! Keep making exceptional workout guides?

    I just bought you Ab shredder guide the other day and I love it!! I’ve been pretty unhappy with my weight for a while and I’ve just felt super sluggish, unhealthy, and negative. With this whole “social distancing” thing going on I thought I would use it as an opportunity to get back in shape since I have nowhere to go lol! I’ve always had a hard time sticking to a good workout routine cause I’m super inconsistent and honestly kind of lazy haha! I downloaded the ab guide a couple days ago and doing that a little bit every night and going on a walk around my neighborhood I’ve already lost five pounds. Your workouts are so fun, simple, and effective! I feel happier, more energetic, and my family even says I’ve been acting nicer and more positive lol. I’m going to continue doing your workouts because I just love them and I’ve already gained so much more self confidence and I’m so happy with the way my body is already looking and how I feel! ?
